Midland High won the 2019 TOC with a 5-0 record, owning the tie-breaker over 5-0 Frenship by allowing fewer runs (8 vs. 14). This is the second year in a row that the Bulldogs have walked away champs. Congrats to all the participants in this year’s tournament and best of luck in the 2019 season.
